What is the coaching process?
It will start with a free 1/2h hour coaching session (either face-to-face or by teleconference call) :
– for the coachee to understand what is coaching if she/he never had the experience before
– for the coach/coachee to evaluate if they are a good match for each other
– to establish a trusty and collaborative environment
During the coaching session, the coach and the coachee will
• Define the desired outcome
• Evaluate the strengths, the opportunities and challenges
• Identify priorities for action
Coaching sessions may be conducted in person or over the telephone, with each session lasting a previously established length of time.
Between scheduled coaching sessions, the coachee may be asked to complete specific actions that support the achievement of one’s personally prioritized goals.
The duration of the coaching relationship varies depending on the individual’s personal needs and preferences.
Last meeting: Conclusion of the progress. What has been covered and what is left.
